finishing service for new build investment property

Buying a new build property in Poland? Then it is likely to be offered as shell finish as most new build properties in Poland are. This means interior walls are plastered but not painted, floors are screeded but there are no coverings. Wiring, plumbing and radiators are there but no internal doors, no kitchen or bathroom fittings.

This is the Polish way to buy new properties. It is partly as a rejection of the communist era when property interiors were dictated by the state and partly financial, as it enables Polish new property buyers to do much of the work themselves.

This provides the property investor with options;

» offer the property for sale unfinished and let the buyer finish the property or, add value by finishing the property.
» if they have the skills, undertake the work themselves.
» project manage local craftsmen.
» get the developer to finish IF they offer the service.

There is absolutely no obligation at this stage. When you accept the initial outline estimate we charge a non-refundable deposit of 550 pln + VAT and then go to more detailed plans. However this deposit is then deducted from the final cost of the finishing.
