investpolska Ltd. is a U.K. based real estate company specialising in investment real estate property in Krakow and the surrounding areas.

investpolska sp. z o.o is the Krakow based service company providing local Polish knowledege, viewings of pre-selected properties as well as a range of other services.

The directors of investpolska all have over 10 years experience in international real estate, financial services and customer services.

investpolska does everything possible to provide the property investor with the most professional service available. Establishing the individual investor needs, idenifying the best properties to fulfil those needs and assisting with expert knowledge throughout the purchase process.

investpolska charges 3% + VAT on the purchase price of a property in line with local market standard practice.

We charge 2750 pln (about 700 Euros or 500 Pounds) + VAT when the purchase decision is made. This covers some of our administration costs to date and secures the apartment - we stop marketing it. This sum is non-refundable.

The balance of 3% (minus 2750 pln) + VAT is invoiced to be payable on the date of the signing of the re-purchase agreement.
